The Local Organizing Committee will offer free Airport transfer and internal transportation for all the participants during their stay in UAE, The official Hotel of the competition is Al Ain Hilton, a 5 Stars Hotel located close to the city center of Al Ain (more information can be found on http://www1.hilton.com/en_US/hi/hotel-directory/AE-U-A-E/Al%2520Ain/index.do ,or call:+97137686666). The agreement between the LOC and the Hotel is to offer full board package for our guests from the 1st to the 7th of February 2010, 50 % of the amount will be paid by the LOC. The other 50 % will be paid by the guests as follows:

- One person in a single room for 90 US $ / night
- One person in a double room for 55 US $ / night

Extra nights before the 1st or after the 7th of February will be paid as follows:
- One person in single room for 180 US $ / night
- One person in a double room for 110 US $ / night

NB: Payment of the rooms will be made upon arrival at the hotel.
